Statistical Process Control (2 Days)

The Statistical Process Control (SPC) course is a 2-day program designed to provide participants with an understanding of the concepts and tools of SPC and how they can be applied to improve the quality of their products and processes. Participants will learn how to use statistical methods to analyze and control the variability of their processes, and how to make data-driven decisions that lead to process improvement and cost savings.

Course Outline

  • Day 1: Introduction to Statistical Process Control
Participants will learn the basic concepts and principles of SPC, including the different types of variation, how to calculate process capability, and how to use control charts to monitor and control their processes.
  • Day 2: Advanced Statistical Process Control
Participants will learn advanced SPC techniques, including process capability analysis, process control plan development, and failure mode and effects analysis. They will also learn how to use statistical software to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

The Statistical Process Control course is a highly practical program that is designed to help organizations improve the quality of their products and processes by using statistical methods to analyze and control variability. By the end of the program, participants will have a clear understanding of the key concepts and techniques of SPC, as well as the skills and knowledge they need to make data-driven decisions that lead to process improvement and cost savings.
