Participants will learn how to design and implement an effective Quality Assurance program that meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Topics covered include Quality Assurance planning, Process Auditing, and Corrective and Preventive Action. - Day 5: Continuous Improvement
Participants will learn how to implement a Continuous Improvement program that drives innovation and efficiency. Topics covered include Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. - Day 6: Implementation and Documentation
Participants will learn how to implement and document a Quality Management system that meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Topics covered include Quality Management documentation, Process Mapping, and Risk Management. - Day 7: Management Review and Certification
Participants will learn how to prepare for a successful Management Review and Certification process. Topics covered include Internal Auditing, Certification Requirements, and Auditor Competence.
