Course Outline

Participants will work with our experts to develop a process map for the ideal state of their core processes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for automation and optimization. - Day 3: Developing a Process Improvement Plan
Participants will learn how to develop a process improvement plan based on the insights gained from the process mapping exercise. This plan will identify specific actions that can be taken to streamline and optimize the client's core processes. - Day 4: Implementation and Monitoring
Participants will learn how to implement and monitor their process improvement plan, and how to track the impact of their process optimization efforts over time.
