Lean Quality and Six Sigma (5 Days)

The Lean Quality and Six Sigma course is a 5-day program designed to provide participants with the tools and knowledge they need to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in their organization. Participants will learn how to identify and eliminate waste, improve process flow, reduce cycle time, and increase customer satisfaction. They will also learn how to use statistical methods and tools to analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and implement effective solutions.

Course Outline

  • Day 1: Introduction to Lean and Six Sigma
    Participants will learn the basic concepts and principles of Lean and Six Sigma, including the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), value stream mapping, and process flow analysis.
  • Day 2: Lean Tools and Techniques
    Participants will learn how to identify and eliminate waste using tools such as 5S, visual management, and standard work. They will also learn how to improve process flow and reduce cycle time using tools such as Kanban and pull systems.
  • Day 3: Six Sigma Tools and Techniques
    Participants will learn how to use statistical methods and tools to analyze data and identify the root causes of problems. They will also learn how to implement effective solutions using tools such as control charts and process capability analysis.
  • Day 4: Six Sigma Project Management
    Participants will learn how to manage a Six Sigma project from start to finish, including how to define the project scope, develop a project plan, and implement the plan using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Day 5: Lean Quality and Six Sigma Implementation
    Participants will learn how to implement Lean Quality and Six Sigma methodologies in their organization, including how to create a culture of continuous improvement, engage employees in the process, and sustain the improvements over time.
