Internal Quality Audit (4 Days)

The Internal Quality Audit course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of conducting internal quality audits. Over the course of 4 days, participants will learn the key concepts of internal quality auditing and receive practical guidance on how to plan, conduct, and report on internal quality audits.

Course Outline

• Day 1: Introduction to Internal Quality Auditing
  Participants will learn the fundamental principles of internal quality auditing and how they apply to a range of industries. Topics covered include Quality Management systems, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.
• Day 2: Planning and Conducting Internal Audits
  Participants will learn how to plan and conduct internal quality audits that meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Topics covered include Audit Planning, Audit Techniques, and Audit Reporting.
• Day 3: Reporting and Corrective Action
  Participants will learn how to report on audit findings and implement corrective actions. Topics covered include Non-Conformance Reports, Corrective and Preventive Action, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Day 4: Internal Auditor Competence and Certification
  Participants will learn how to prepare for a successful internal auditor certification process. Topics covered include Internal Auditor Competence, Certification Requirements, and Auditor Training.

At the end of the Internal Quality Audit course, participants will have a strong understanding of internal quality auditing principles and practices, and will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to plan, conduct, and report on internal quality audits in their organizations.
